The 100 Women Project: Conversations About Creativity and Self-Care

You may not know me in real life. Maybe we’ve never talked in person. I want to change that.

I want to have a conversation with you. A real, live conversation — over coffee, on the phone, via Skype. I want to hear your voice and hear your thoughts.

I’m on a mission to understand more about how women over 30 feel about self-care.

If you’re game, I’d love to ask you a few questions about your experience. The good — the bad — the ugly. Anything you can share would really help me better serve this community.

(Also, there’s nothing salesy about this project. I don’t want to sell anything. I honestly just want to chat.)

My goal is to have conversations with 100 women over 30 about their thoughts on self-care. I want to ask what self-care actually is to you. What does that phrase even mean? How do you feel about it? Do you feel like you take care of yourself well? How so? What are your biggest challenges?

Doing this project requires me to get out of my comfort zone. I’m an introvert through and through, and I can be pretty shy. But, honestly, I also want to meet people, and I want to hear your thoughts on this topic.

So here’s an invitation: please consider spending 30 minutes on the phone with me to share your thoughts. I’ll send the questions I’m going to ask ahead of time (in case you’re like me and you feel a bit shy — it’s nice to know what’s coming!). And I promise to limit the conversation to 30 minutes (I truly respect your time).

If you’re interested in joining this project, please email me (heather@heatherraemurphy.com) or click here to send me a message about your interest.

Thank you so much for expressing your interest! I truly do appreciate your time and thoughts, and I look forward to chatting soon!

xo,

Heather Rae
